Over fifty different varieties of peaches and nectarines are grown at the sixty acre orchard. We also produce a selection of plums, apricots and pears, along with many different types of apples. We delight in producing different varieties of fruit, from the latest "Zee Sweet" peaches and nectarines, to traditional favourites such as blood plums, clingstone peaches and Granny Smith apples
When in season, all of this fruit is available for sale in our Fruit Speciality Shop. The shop is a Direct from the Grower "farmers market" style store, which opened in the 1960's. In season, we stock a large selection of our own fresh fruit, as well as a range of fresh vegetables and gourmet products such as homemade jams, chutney, honey, ice cream and more. During the summer period between December and April, the shop is open seven days a week.
The Aumann Orchard and Fruit Speciality Shop are located on the Donvale side of Warrandyte, just at the northern end of Reynolds Road, near the junction of Tindals Road and Harris Gully Road, 25 km North East of Melbourne.
Hours: Summer (December to April)- OPEN everyday 8:00 am until 6:00 pm
Winter (May to December)- OPEN Wednesday to Sunday, 8:30 am until 5:30 pm
Directions: From Melbourne- Travel along the Eastern Freeway to the Springvale Road exit, continue to the end of Springvale Road then turn right into Reynolds Road and left into Tindals Road. Follow the road and the Orchard is on the left, just around the bend.
