We think our farm is a small slice of heaven! 214 acres (87 hectares) of beautiful rolling hills, with pockets of Jarrah bush and great views, broken by the meandering of the Nonneycup creek and Gungup springs stream.
Restaurant: This beautiful rammed earth and jarrah timber building sits on a gentle slope overlooking Mt. Cara dam. Seating up to 50 people inside, an outdoor pergola area seats a further 50. Cider & wine tasting is conducted in the restaurant, and fresh apple juice (produced in the Cider Factory) is also available. Local artists display their paintings, woodwork, pottery, jewellery and souvenir items in the gallery section, while a regular variety of delicious home made seasonal jams, pickles and sauces (from the Old Goldfields kitchen) is also displayed.
The Old Goldfields Orchard: consists of about 40 acres (16 hectares) of deciduous fruit trees. The combination of fine restaurant, modern boutique cider/jucing factory, fruit orchard, goldmining history and marron farm... all in one beautiful location, has proved an exciting and interesting destination for thousands of visitors.
