Description: This orchard is one of two (the other being located in Pulaski County, Kentucky) operated under the name Apple-A-Day Farms. We are just getting established and expect to have many varieties of apples, as well as blueberries, peaches, and plums available for the 2004 season. We specialize in Antique or uncommon varieties of apples.
Apples: We have about 80 varieties of apples, including Granny Smith, Crispin, Zestar, Honeycrisp, Summer Rambo, Grimes Golden, Arkansas Black, Pink Lady, Wolf River, Jonagold, Rubyjon, Rogers Red Mac, Smokehouse, Liberty, Northern Spy, Smoothie,Washington Strawberry, Winter Banana, Sun Fuji, Buckeye Gala and many more. We're sure to have something to appeal to all tastes and appetites.
Other Fruit: Flaming Fury, Coralstar, Allstar peaches, Methey and Shiro plums, and blueberries, to name a few.
Directions: From US 23 South of Pikeville take 1469 (Penny Road) for 2 miles, turn right,staying on 1469 for 1/2 mile, turn left, staying on 1469 6.4 miles. Orchard is on the left.

Description: Nestled between the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains and the Kentucky Bluegrass region, the Bramble Ridge Orchard is a high density apple tree orchard which was established in 2001. The Bramble Ridge Orchard is dedicated to providing not only a quality product, but a memorable visit. The orchard is both a U-Pick or purchase bagged apples of your choice. Our apples are used in the making of our apple cider, apple cider slushies, fresh cider donuts, caramel apples, and fried apple pies. (Everybody knows that Terry loves his fried apple pies!)
The Bramble Ridge Orchard is a family-owned business providing customers a selection of locally grown fruits, fun family activities, and tours of the grounds and facilities. Our activities include Kentucky's largest apple slingshot, Barnyard Buddies petting zoo, wagon rides, observation beehive, mini-maze, and scarecrow making. We are open six days a week from July-December.
In our Orchard Barn, you can find a great selection of fresh apples, jams, jellies, honey, gourmet foods and gifts, gift boxes, cider slushies, fresh cider donuts, caramel apples, apple pies, and friendly people. Come on by and visit.
Apples: 2600 trees provide 13 varieties of apples which include: Honeycrisp, Gingergold, Gala, Cameo, Pink Lady, Fuji, Cortland, Snapp Stayman, Granny Smith, Spartan, Jonagold, Grimes Golden, and Golden Delicious.

Directions: Get off of I-64 at Exit 113. Go West on US 60 to the first stoplight. Turn left onto Rt. 686 and travel approximately ¼ mile to a Stoplight. Turn left onto Old Owingsville Rd. and take the first right which is Osborne Road.Here is the entrance to Easy Walker Park, where you can have your picnic lunch and recess.
