Description: Les vergers écologiques Philion have been operated by 5 generations of Philion. The youngest Philion (2 years old) is now the 6th generation to welcome visitors! Our family farm has maintained strict guidelines for reducted chemical pesticide use for the last 30 years and we are proud to offer healthy quality apples.

Le verger est situé au cœur de la région du Suroît, dans un coin de campagne bucolique à 35 minutes de Montréal. Des tables à pique-nique sont à votre disposition sur le site ainsi que des installations sanitaires. Des balades en charrette tirée par un tracteur antique démarrent plusieurs fois par jour. Les enfants et les plus grands apprécieront à coup sûr. Les vergers étant dispersés tout autour du domaine familial, les grands espaces vous assurent un coin de tranquillité. Les membres de la famille pourront répondre à vos questions et vous diriger dans les vergers pour vous assurer un séjour agréable et des plus enrichissants.

Apples: Vista bella, Jersey Mac, July Red, Paula Red, Lobo, Early Gold, McIntosh, Gala, Wealthy, Empire, Spartan, Golden Russet, Cortland, Red Cort, Northern Spy, Golden Delicious, Red Delicious. Picking dates range from August 1st to October 15th.
Other Fruit: We grow 2 varieties of Pears and the famous Mont-Royal plum.

Description: A family farm, this is our centenial year! We welcome everyone. Our new kiosque is full of country charm supplying a large eating area, gift shop, good food, great company. We have farm animals who wait to see the children, as well a picnic and playground area. Tractor tours through our majestic maple bush and heritage apple orchards. We're having fun sharing our farm and hope you enjoy it too. Drop by, you won't regret it!
Apples: We boast over 36 varieties of apples. 6 that we have yet to discover their name. One old variety is picked for the local ice wine. The summer apples start with yellow transparent [pomme blanch] and we pick till the end of October, ending with russet [paper apples].
Other Fruit: We also grow pears and plums for sale. Four varieties of pears and four of plums.Yes, you may u-pick these as well!
