Faversham,
ME13 0EN

The Maceys believe in doing things the old fashioned way. All cider is
produced at Pawley Farm using its own apples and the family's 200-year-old
recipe. To ensure a superior flavour, only oak casks are used to ferment the
cider which is left to mature for between 18 months and two years. All the cider
is unpasteurised so each year's products have their own unique taste – and
cider comes in three types: sweet, medium and dry. Opportunities to visit the
orchards and enjoy a tour of the production plant. Ring for details – larger
orders/caterers welcome.
