vineyard, with a chance to meet the Barnsgate llamas and donkeys. The shop
stocks a full range of home-made white and apple wines and unusual gifts,
preserves, mustards, alpaca knitwear and souvenirs.
Vineyard opening hours: 10.00am – 5.00pm – all year - seven days a week.
Restaurant: open daily for lunch and some evenings also available for functions
– please enquire.

Middle Farm Countryside Centre is part of a 625-acre working farm at the foot
of the South Downs. Open farm – watch Jersey cows being milked, meet calves,
pigs, bantams, chickens, etc. Visit the English Farm Cider Centre home to the
National Collection of Cider and Perry including daily pressings of fresh juice.
Restaurant serving farmhouse baking, light lunches and Sussex cream teas; garden
section with a variety of plants and wide choice of herbs; farm shop- selling
traditional and organic produce; traditional butchery specialising in organic
and additive-free meat;

English wines, traditional Sussex ciders and fruit juices. Discover how wine is
made with a visit to our winery and learn about organic food production. The
farm shop contains local crafts, whole-foods and organic wines from around the
world as well as wines, ciders and juices produced on site.

March at weekends only.
